Reykjavík Midsummer Music is an award-winning music festival under the artistic direction of pianist Víkingur Ólafsson. Described by the Reykjavík Grapevine as „absolutely unmissable“, the festival is now in its 6th year and has firmly established itself as one of the highlights of the Reykjavík cultural calendar. The festival will brings together some of today's most exciting musicians during the summer's brightest evenings in Reykjavík. This year, the festival theme is freedom.
