LungA festival’s outdoor concert will be held at Norðursíld in Seyðisfjörður Saturday the 22nd of July this summer.

The Art festival LungA has been a front runner for the younger art generation of Iceland for years. Showcasing works from people all over the world and injectiong the small town of Seyðisfjörður with life, creativity and happenings.

At the outdoor concert or the LungA final party, Iceland’s most up and coming acts have performed outside the iconic old herring factory. This year we are so excited welcoming acts such as:

Hórmónar
Birnir
Joey Christ
Cyber
Hermigervill

A concert wristband cost is 7.900 up until midnight the 21st there after tickets will be sold for 8.900 at location.

Limited amount of tickets available.

Entrence free of charge for persons older then 50 years of age and younger then 12 years.

Included in ticket prices will be bus trips running from Herðubreið in centre town Seyðisfjörður to festival are between 20:00 and 23:00. Entrance to concert are on personal vehicles will be prohibited.

LungA Art festival continues to offer a wide range of high-quality art happenings for guests free of charge during the LungA week. Dance performances, stand-up comedy, concerts, talks, performance arts, instillations and fine art crossing mediums.

We at LungA see it as our purpose being to deliver an ambitious festival program, inspire, create an environment for new perspectives and gather like minded souls in the whole LungA experience.

To maintain that we have set off a new possibility for the ones who share our vision, this year we want to offer those who crave to support the festival to buy the LungA friend bracelet. Buying the friend bracelet you support the culture and arts within Iceland, the friend bracelet costs 2.000 and dose not offer any special access at the festival, but brings the buyer good karma and creativity. The bracelet is designed by the outstanding Icelandic designer Guðmundur Úlfarsson and in it self is a piece of art.

Being a LungA friend who buys a friend bracelet, you will helps us continue our work in the years to come, help us create and maintain a unique platform for artists and the guests of LungA.

You can access your friend bracelet at Seyðisfjörður during the festival. If you wont be able to retrieve your bracelet at our offices, please send us an email at vinaband@lunga.is with the following info; Name, Address and a Confirmation of payment, and your friend bracelet will be delivered
