Nýdönsk was founded in 1987 and will celebrate their 30 years anniversary in Eldborg September 23rd, accompanied by string orchestra.

Nýdönsk will perform new material from a new album which will be recorded ini Canada and Iceland this year as well as their greatest hits. A string orchestra will add new dimensions to new and older songs of Björn Jörundur, Daníel Ágúst, Stefán Hjörleifsson, Ólafur Hólm and Jón Ólafsson.  

Ticket buyers are offered to purchase the new album  at a special price and have it delivered at the concert containing autographs from band members.
