The Swedish trombone player and singer, Nils Landgren, joins the Icelandic jazz trio Hot Eskimos in a concert in Reykjavík. Landgren is one of most respected jazz musician in Sweden and is highly regarded internationally. He is a diverse musician and has received many awards for his work.

In 2011 Hot Eskimos released their debut album ”Songs from the top of the world” which was very well received. Their new CD, ”We Ride Polar Bears” is currently in production. Nils Landgren and Hot Eskimos have made jazz versions of classic rock and pop songs so it should be exciting to see the results of this collaboration. Some original and traditional songs in fresh arrangements are also to be expected.
